FaCT Ohio’s Mid-Year Annual Fundraising Campaign for the Annual

Fund concluded on July 31.  Our goal was to raise at least $10,000 to

match the gift of a very generous supporter of the same amount, which

would thus yield $20,000 for FaCT Ohio.  

In the two months of the campaign, we managed to take in $5,462, and so,

we can claim a matching amount of $5,462 for a total raised of $10,924.

During the campaign, we switched to a new online tool to replace PayPal. 

It is called Zeffy.  The advantage with Zeffy is that it does not deduct fees

from donors’ gifts.  Instead, to help fund the tool, Zeffy asks for volunteer

donation BESIDES gifts to FaCT Ohio.  There is no obligation to do this. 

You can give an extra five or ten dollars on a $100 gift, or you can give

nothing to Zeffy.  Either way, your total gift goes to FaCT Ohio without any

fees deducted.
